I founded Hawker Builders to bring together the lessons learned throughout my career with a more personal approach to residential construction.
My goal is to provide clients with the experience, leadership, and technical expertise typically associated with larger construction organizations while maintaining the accessibility, accountability, and individual attention of a smaller company.
I believe homeowners deserve to understand the process, participate in informed decisions, and feel confident that someone is personally looking out for their interests.

Jon Hawker, P.E., brings more than 35 years of experience in construction leadership, engineering, and project management.
Throughout his career, Jon has helped deliver complex custom homes, significant residential renovations, and architecturally demanding projects.
His background as a licensed Professional Engineer, combined with decades of practical field experience, provides a unique perspective on planning, constructability, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
This combination allows potential challenges to be identified early, solutions to be developed collaboratively, and projects to be managed with discipline and attention to detail.
